PL/SQL Developer vs SQL Developer

I have been a long time PL/SQL Developer user and would like to introduce PL/SQL Developer to our Department, we currently use the "Free" Oracle SQL Developer.

While PL/SQL Developer is so much better than SQL Developer, I still need to document a comparison between the two ( Really !! ).

Any input is greatly appreciated, this will also help our fellow members in the future who switch assignments and would like to introduce PL/SQL Developer to the environment.

Unfortunately we don't have such a document. Perhaps other users have some experience...?
