PL / SQL Developer not working in non administrator user profile in windows 7

Hi,

I am using windows 7 operating system with pl/sql 9 in our MNC.

In administrator mode PL/SQL Developer works fine. But in case of non administrator user, its not working. Can any one help me to resolve.

In my office PC, we don't have administrator rights.
Earlier we were using windows xp, where these kind of issues were never been faced.

What exactly goes wrong in non-administrator mode?

Can you also start PL/SQL Developer without connecting, go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
