We have released PL/SQL Developer 16.0 Beta 3 with the following enhancements:
- PL/SQL Beautifier did not wrap cursor parameters in a FOR LOOP
- Application title would display the current window title first
- Right-click in an editor could cause an error when using a template filter
- DBMS Output could include question marks when using a non-Unicode client on a Unicode database
- Docked controls would not always rescale correctly after a display scale change
- Preference Search list did not always allow selection of the last item
