PL/SQL Developer freezes with dual screen

I've got an interesting one, I think.
I'm using Matrox Powerdesk version 1.4.17 for a splitsceen.

When I'm using the setting "Maximize In Display Containing the Window" and I open the "preference"-dialog PLSQLDev freeezes. Only killing the process in the taskmanager helps.

However, when I disable the setting and Maximize my applications over splitscreen, the preference-dialog stays responsive.

Anyone an idea (except for "don't use the in-display setting" ?
