We have released Beta 10 32 bit and Beta 10 64 bit with the following fixes and enhancements:
- PL/SQL Developer could fail to start on Windows XP with a missing propsys.dll message
- Selection > Comment and Uncomment could affect slashes in string literals
- Export to Excel would show an unhandled exception if the file could not be saved
- Not all directory configurations supported environment variables
- Using the PL/SQL Beautifier did not mark the editor as changed
- File Dialog history list could include files from previous directories
