PL/SQL-Developer 12: File Open Dialog

Since a view weeks I'm using PL/SQL-Developer 12 on a Windows 7 machine. I'm wondering, why the File Open Dialog has changed such, that my Favorites from Windows Explorer are not shown anymore in this Dialog. Up to Version 11 this was the case.
Is there a solution to this Problem? Maybe some configuration in PL/SQL-Developer or Windows?

I'm not sure what could cause this. Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?

Yes. Unfortunately we do not yet have a clue why you are seeing the old-style file dialog.
