PL/SQL Developer 12 does not appear correctly in High Contrast Black theme

PL/SQL Developer 12 does not appear correctly in High Contrast Black theme in Windows 2012.

For example, the Objects and Connections toolbox entries are always displayed in black color, which is an issue when the background is also black.
