OracleNavigator.res icons

Is it possible to change icons in OracleNavigator.res file in DOA version 4.062, with Delphi 2006?

It used to work with earlier versions... We have used Delphi 7 with DOA, and we had changed icons in OracleNavigator.res file. After app rebuild, it worked fine with new icons on navigation bar...

Now the same trick does not work any more... Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this? Any help is very much appreshiated...

It's the exact same .res file, and the exact same component, so it should work.

we thought that too.
We have replaced .res file, and rebuilt the project. No effect on icons, though - they are still default ones.
Are we doing anything wrong this time, have you any suggestion what we could try additionally?
