I have been on version 7 of PL/SQL Developer and just updated to version 10 today.
Now, when I try to logon, I get the "ORA:12541 TNS:no listener" error.
I've gone through the forums trying to see if I could find any solution to this - the only thing I could find was changing the local TNSNAMES.ORA file to reference the actual IP address of the Oracle server I want to connect to instead of the server name - to no avail.
Is there a solution to this problem?
