TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
HAI FRIENDS...
HOW CAN I AOVID TTHIS PROBLEM....CAN ANY ONE HELP REGARDING THIS PROBLEM......
 
Start the Oracle Net Configuration Assistant from the Primary Oracle Home and review the settings for the database you are trying to connect to.
