ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve service name (Service_Name)

Hi,
I installed this software on Windows 7, when i try to login to one of my Database i am getting this following error.
"ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve service name (Service_Name)"
Can anybody help me out why is it happening i check the TNS file too everything looks good.

Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?

Hi Marco,
When i click on the "Email Post", its asking me to enter the email ID ("Email address to send to: "). What would be your email id, is it support@allroundautomations.com ?
