i cannot able to see the list of the tables in object browser, logged in user has select any table, any dictonery. Do we need to grant any other privileges to be able to see the list of the objects.

To see tables in the main "Tables" folder you need to set the user selector at the top of the object browser to the specific owner or to .

Note that you also may need to enable the "Use DBA views if available" preferences (Tools > Preferences > Oracle / Options).
