nvarchar2 Debug Tool tip is not collect

Hi

We use Version 11.0.3.1770.
When Debug in Test window, nvarchar2 variable's tool tip is not collect.

Parameter in Test window sets to '空き'.
Bat in debug, variable tool tip is 'zz0M'.
