not able to login into PLSQL developer

I just downloaded the trial version of PLSQL developer. what should be the login,password and database. I used scott,tiger and oracle respectively..

The login credentials are for your Oracle database account. Do you have an Oracle database and account available? This is a prerequisite for PL/SQL Developer.
