Not able to insert CLOB > 15 MB using PLSQL Developer it throws error ORA-24817 Unable to allocate t

Hi,

Could you please help me on this topic.
As we are trying to insert a file in CLOB column, it is working fine till file size 15MB it throws error "ORA-24817 Unable to allocate the given chunk for current lob operation ".

Database Version : 11.0.1.7.0 (Oracle Enterprise Version x64)
Client : 11.2.0
OCI : 11.1
PLSQL Developer : 9.0.1.1612
