no response to emails directed at support

Hello,

we have some trouble with returning CLOBs in test windows when using UTF8/Unicode. Therefore we sent more than one email to Allround Automation's support address. But there was no response at all. We even have a service contract with Allround Automations but that seems to mean nothing. Ironically the homepage says "Your questions will be answered within 24 hours.". I don't think so.
May be someone can share his experience with sending mails to Allround Automation's support.

I don't think we have receive these e-mails. Maybe they were blocked by our spam filter. Can you let me know the domain of the e-mail address from which you sent these e-mails, so that I can add it to the white list of our spam filter?
 
Our domains are "hypoport.de" and "hypoport-systems.de". But I'm a little bit suprised that emails from your customers are blocked by your spam filter. And there was already some mail communication between Hypoport and Allround Automations, i.e. service contract prolongation or PLSQL-Developer issues.

Can you grab these mails out of your spam filter or do we have to send them again?

Okay, I have updated the white list. Please re-send the e-mail.

It all depends on how the spam filter flags the contents of the e-mail.
