New User - Save Separate and Save on lose focus

I just purchased PL/SQL Developer so I have the latest 64 bit 12.0.2.1818. I have used it in the past, but not recently.

I want to save the Spec and Body separately. I downloaded the BAR Solutions Save Separate Plug-In, but the install says it failed. Although I do see Save Separate options in the plug in menu.

Is there a way to automatically save the current file when switching away from PL/SQL Developer. Many times I will have a file open in an editor as well as in PL/SQL Developer. The editor saves when losing focus.

There is currently no option to automatically save open files when PL/SQL Developer loses focus. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
