New request - Timer feature

We already have a timer that allows us to refresh a result set, or rerun a process on a timely basis.

I'd like to be able to set the initial execution time. We frequently have to run some processes after midnight, and if I were able to schedule it from PLSD I wouldn't have to bother the Unix team about it.
