My PL/SQLDev frame is not working...

Hi all,

Does someone know why PL/SQLDev now wellcomes me with "You are not allowed to use PL/SQL Developer on this database" message after a try to log to server?

Additionally, if I got connected, it does not showme browser and some of menus are disabled, i.e.: Preferences from Tools menu.

Any help would be appreciated...!

PD: previously I installed a program that alerted me about the substituition of COMCTL32.DLL.

Well, I apologize for posting this without asking my DBA for modifications; he used Authorization feature just for test, but not informed me. That was the reason why I did't have access to all menus...
