moving to a new instance

We are trying to set up access on a new instance so that step through debugging can be done and after I logged onto the new Oracle Id I get 'table or view does not exist' when I click on nodes in the navigator pane. I get the same thing when I try and compile a package.

Never mind, it had to do with 'Use DBA views if available' and once that priv was given the problem went away
