Mouse wheel does not work everywhere in Preferences dialog

In the Preferences dialog there are several settings that have a vertical scrollbar. When you hover the mouse over these settings the scroll wheel does not work:

- Oracle/Options/Automatic statistics
- Oracle/Logon History/Fixed Users
- Oracle/Logon History/History
- User Interface/Appearance/Connection Indicators
- Window Types/Program Window/Example text

Can you enhance this?
