When first launching the latest version, the application does not become active in the task bar until after the Logon modal is dismissed (Connect or Cancel). This prevents switching to the application using the task bar or the window switching key shortcuts. Instead, I have to minimize all other programs on the screen to continue. I believe this worked in the previous beta version and definitely works in version 12.
Also another unrelated minor inconvenience in Preferences > Extensions > Register Filetypes. While in the modal to register the filetypes, using the mouse scroll wheel to move down the list of file types does not move the scroll bar in the modal, though it does scroll through the list properly. Confirmed working in version 12.
