Monitor problem

If i install the Montitor, i got an exception
Error creating shared memory DOADirectory(5)

5 sounds like Access Denied?

But where, why?

(Also the monitor v2 is affected)

This indicates a global shared memory problem. Can you reboot your PC and try again?

I've the same problem.
I've a pc with dual Xeon, Windows XP Pro and I obtain the same error : "Error creating shared memory DOADirectory(5)".
The message appears when I launch the installer of versione 1 and 2 also.
Do you have any idea ? Is there a workaround to run Oracle Monitor ?

referring my previous post i will add a little news that I hope help you to resolve the problem. The installer of versione 2.1 return exactly the msg listed below :
Error creating shared memory DOADirectory(5):CreateFileMapping.

Can you logon as administrator in Windows and try again?
