Missing Text Menu in Graph module

Hi all,
I am trying to change the font size in the legend of a graph.
Problem is when I edit the chart and go to Chart/Legend/Text the menu is blank, totally empty.
Actually the problem exists for all text Menus in the Graph module: Chart/Titles/Text and Tools/Text.

Any help greatly appreciated!

It works for me. Which PL/SQL Developer version are you using?
