Minor bug: when exporting preferences, user is not warned when overwriting existing file

When exporting user settings to file, the user is not warned if the file already exists. The existing file is just overwritten.

Minor bug, but could cause frustration to some users.

Also it looks like Fonts > Special Characters settings aren't exported/imported. I have "Editor > Show Special Characters by default" enabled but set to 1 for spaces and linebreaks and 187 for tabs (in "Fonts > When Showing Special Characters"). This is to display stray tab characters without cluttering the display with symbols. However when I exported my settings for a colleague and he imported them he just got the full "special characters" displayed with the default symbols. I don't see anything likely in the generated .ini file so I suspect they aren't exported.

I have used the export to export my PLD settings from one computer to another. I did not save any other ini files. Big mistake!

I had checked all the checkboxes, but not much was exported, only things like colours and a little DB settings.

In short: unless the user explicitly unchecks any checkboxes ALL settings should be exported.

By now, the following settings are gone: Oracle Home, logon history (store history/store with password, fixed users etc.), hints, object browser, code assistant, appearance (only colors are saved), program window (only colours are saved), SQL window (only colours are saved), test window, backup.

Please, please: give the user a warning that he still needs to backup his ini files to be able to restore all settings.
