Running on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 I changed my windows theme from "Windows Classic" to "Windows 7 Base". After starting up plsql-developer (13.0.0.1883) the main window is not maximized. When I try to maximize the main window (double click on title-bar, pressing the maximize button in title bar or move the window to the upper border of the screen) the screen shows up a strange behaviour. Not everything of the new maximized window is shown, only the upper left part - I guess an area of the size of the original window - shows up. The rest of the content is that of the background. Hide and Show the window when pressing the icon in the taskbar will show the entire content.
Having the windows theme set back to "Windows Classic" does not show this behaviour.
What is the reason and can it be fixed?
