I have opened a file in for instance an SQL window. I have all my windows maximised. I right-click and select Change Window to -> Program Window. Now all open windows are restored to their original size and a lot og flickering takes place before the program window is opened maximised displaying two tabs (in this case package header and body). I often have 20+ windows open at the same time, so the amount of flickering can be considerate.
When changing to other window types, the new window is just maximised and the file is shown in the window, only Program window behaves likes this.
