Lots of memory access errors win7 x64 and 11.0.6 x64

Does any one have problems with memory accesses? I frequently get such errors while intensive work but there are not a lot discussion here of the problem. Is there a way I can help in diagnostics of such problems? I think I get them at least several times a week.

I seem to get the same one over and over. It usually happens when I leave an instance of the program idle/minimized for a while (I'm usually running several instances, each logged into a different username/database). The error message is:

Access violation at address 000000000006B3122 in module 'plsqldev.exe'.
Read of address 0000000000010.

Note: the number of leading zeros I've entered may not be correct,

Oh, and once I get the above error, it will continually be displayed over and over, until I can get that instance of the program shut down.
