Logon

I'm having problems logging on. i just downloaded the 30day trial version of pl/sql developer and i can't seem to log on even with the usual "scott/tiger". Can someone assist me please.

Is the Oracle client software installed and working?
Is there any error message when you are trying to connect to the database?
