I searched the topics and I cant see a similar issue. If this has been answered before, can you direct me to the right post?
Anyway, my problem is when i click on the PL/SQL icon, it takes a while for the actual login window to show. I timed it like i clicked it at 12:17 and the login window showed only at 12:22. That's 6mins of waiting. I put the debug option and the file only started at 12:22. So from 12:17 to 12:22 im not sure what PL/SQL is checking/doing.
