login problem with windows 7

Hello,
I have just installed oracle 10 cleint and pl/sql developer 7 under win7 prof. When I start as "administrator", everything works fine. When I start as "normal" user, I get an EMPTY error window after logging in.

I guess that this is not an pl/sql problemand I think that this is a rights problem, but maybe somebody has an idea for me ?!

It does indeed seem like a privilege issue. Can you start SQL*Plus as a non-administrator user?

Even I am facing same issue... How do I login without Local Admin rights ?

Perhaps you are using an Oracle10g or earlier client? You will need to use an Oracle11g client on Windows 7.
