You can do so in SQL, through a TOracleQuery/TLOBLocator, and through a TOracleDataSet. Which solution do you prefer?

I'd like to do it with OracleDatasets if it's possible

No problem. All you need to is get the Value of the source TBLOBField, navigate to the record you want to update, set it in Edit mode, assign the Value to the destination TBLOBField, and Post the record.

It's not really different compared to other field types.
