Line Number in Editor

I am clicking the box on the editor preferences that should turn on displaying line numbers. However, I only see line numbers when I'm in a Procedure. Is there something I should do differently to make the line numbers show up any time I'm in the editor, such as a Program File?
I'm running Version 7.0.1

Before 7.1 it is available only for the Program Window.

Even with 7.1, line numbers only appear in the Program Window and Test Window. Other windows like the SQL Window don't show line numbers.

Hmmm... I have line numbers for SQL Windows. Is this from 7.1.1?

Maybe she is in a Command window? That still doesn't have line numbers on the Editor tab.
