I just finished a purchase order. I am upgrading from base v15 to v16. Pressed the ‘Help’ from the menu and selected ‘Check Online Updates’ to download version 16.0.8.2176 as [plsqldev1608x32.msi]. I exited the current version of PL/SQL Developer [15.0.2.2054], and I ran the MSI and it gave me an error “Your license does not cover this version”. Email was already sent to Sales and two others last Friday.
