LBC Recall Named SQL

Riley Carrier,
Would it be possible to get a version that allows for sorting the list of names of the SQLs?

Thank you for this plug-in

I enjoy this plug-in also. It's great to be able to recall a SQL statement I used a few days ago that I thought would never be needed again, but surprise, I need it! Since you are working on it, I thought I would bring up another issue I noticed.

It seems that it doesn't recall large SQL statements in the "Recall SQL" part (not the "Named SQL"). If there is a size limit, maybe it could be increased?

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

The layout of the recall file has a limit of 4000 characters for SQL. Are you hitting this limit? If so, you might ask Marco if it could be increased.

Riley,
I can't get to that email address to respond, so I'll post here.

You are correct, the current version does sort the list - I don't know what I was seeing that made me ask.

Again, thank you for the plug-in.

Thanks for replying. Yep, the SQL that isn't listed in the recall SQL is always over 4000 characters.

Marco -
It would be nice if the limit could be a lot higher. It's rare that I use this plug-in, but it's a nice safety net. It's even nicer to have for the big bad SQL statements.

Thanks for considering,

Mike

Riley,
Funny thing that, on the system I checked the sorting on 6/2 the list was sorted, but on the system where I work (never shall the twain meet) the list isn't sorted. The one where it isn't sorted is running NT Workstation 4.00.1381 and the one where it does show sorted is a Windows 2k (can not tell what level it seems to have crashed).
