Language packs will be available shortly. I do not have a date for the Russian language pack at the moment.

Note that version 14.0 includes the language packs from version 13.0. Some translations will be missing and will be displayed in English.

How to find the link to language pack from your site?

They are pre-installed. Go to Preferences > User Interface / Appearance and select you language from the list.
