Kylix Doa in Console App

You guys had said that you will be coming out with a version of the DOA that can be used in console apps back on 30 April 2002.

Has it been released yet ? If so, what version would I find it in.

If not, are there any work arounds to this ? Basically, I just want to run a Kylix app through a cron job.
