Hi,

Not meaning to duplicate, but I posted this as a reply to a different thread with a similar issue and didn't receive a response.

I upgraded recently to 9.0.5.1648 from v8 (not sure of the version).

None of my custom shortcuts work, even if I try going back to the defaults and resetting them.

I'm trying to make Ctrl + O open a new SQL window and Ctrl + W close the current window.

This worked just fine in v8. Any tips?

This works fine when I configure Ctrl-O and Ctrl-W. Can you check if you have multiple preference sets? Go to Tools > Preferences and click on the "Configure Preference Sets" button. Let me know what you see on the Personal and Default preference tab pages.

That was the problem. I'm not sure how I got two, but removing one fixed the issue.
