Personal preferences:
I tried to set the Connections to my oracle userid and the system that I use as a test for a situation where we sometimes have to share some computers and found that I could no longer view/edit the bodies of packages owned by our application schema. Both the default prefs and my prefs had Use DBA views set. Removing the connection entry cleared up the problem (fortunately for me, after reading the help to figure this out I discover I didn't need to worry about my prefs, each user gets their own.

I had closed the code contents and then wanted it back on. I thought that I would add the button to the toolbar and after having gone to Tools / Prefs and doing so closed Prefs and found the Code Contents again visible (without having clicked the new button). Strange, so I closed code contents again, opened Prefs, close Prefs with no changes and the code contents was again visible.
