HTML Manual works slow

I installed HTML Manual for Oracle 12c on Windows 7 64 bit (PL/SQL Dev 11.0.4.1774, default books, i7 procesor, Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (64-bit) is loaded). All seems ok, comment about hits is displayed immediately after item click on search window, but after item click i must wait above 2 minuts to end searching.

Can you let me know exactly when this 2 minute delay occurs? Can you provide an example?

Operations:
1. Clicking F1 to to open help window
2. Writing search expression
3. Choosing help subject from list by double click
4. Empty tab page with proper header (subject) is displayed
4. After 2 minutes help become to be visible on tab page

All help subjects on my computer works in such mode ...

I found the workaround:
from
Preferences -> User Interface -> Options ->
check
Use internal HTML viewer
