HTML Help issues still stand in 7.1.3

Third release since I first posted the bugs, and still no improvement.

• Pressing Ctrl+F (Find) in HTML Help is painful to use, because every action throws focus back to the main window;
• Alt+TAB when in HTML Help window produces rather bizzare effects (you can't switch back to the main window).

Let's see if the next release brings any relief.
