HTML Help bugs

New version, new reminder from me about the long-standing HTML help bugs.

• Pressing Ctrl+F (Find) in HTML Help is painful to use, because every action throws focus back to the main window;
• Alt+TAB when in HTML Help window produces rather bizzare effects (you can't switch back to the main window).
