How to pay the purchase excluding VAT?

I'm in another country and, as far as I know, I do not have to pay the VAT.

How do I make a purchase without VAT?

If you are outside of the European Union, you don't need to pay VAT.

If you are in the European Union you can omit the VAT charge by providing your company's EU VAT registration number.
