How to compile only body in program window

If you have multiple tabs in a Program Window, then there is no built-in function for this. You can however use the "Compile current" Plug-In from BAR Solutions:

It works, but I think it should be something that is at the core of the program. Plug-in open a new tab where you compile, all good if you compile, but if you don't compile there are 2 tabs open with the same code.
As an idea, a solution could be to compile the tab on the cursor and the ones on the right without doing anything with the ones on the left.
