How i can in VSC plugin check out Project File

and how i can make checkin checkout in automatic(when i make save project, plsql developer put all files in SorceSave) ?

This is currently not possible. In 6.0 the VCS Plug-In functionality will be integrated into PL/SQL Developer so that it can be more tightly integrated with other PL/SQL Developer concepts.
