How do you install a plugin?

How do you install a plugin? What are the correct steps? I know that you can turn if "off", but how do you actually remove it [correctly]?

I meant "UNINSTALL", sorry for the typo.

IMHO you can just remove the DLL from the plugins folder. That should work.

I've been meaning to remove a couple of old plugins that I don't use. Your Template plugin is the best replacement for Tiger's NamedSQL plugin.

You can also disable them via Tools > Configure Plug-Ins.
