Higlight color

When editting a package I can hardly see which procedure is higlighted in the leftside procedurelist.

The highlight backgroundcolor is a grey/white on a white background.

Where can I change this?

It's a standard Windows color. If all is well you see the same color in the Windows Explorer when you select an item in the left navigation pane (e.g. "My Documents") and select a file in the right pane. The selected "My Documents" context item will now have the same color as a Code Contents item in the Program Window in PL/SQL Developer.
