Highlight Edit Line

I may be missing something, but when I enable highlight edit line, the only thing I receive is a box around the current line. I would really like to be able to define a color for the current line so that it will really stand out. Is this currently possible?

This is currently not possible. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
