Help! Fixed users and logon history....GONE!

I'm working away at my desk today, and I click the connections arrow tool to switch users, and there is NOTHING there. No history, no fixed users, nothing.

I have not upgraded (that I am aware of, and I don't think IT would have deployed some sort of automatic upgrade). I have no idea what happened.

Any help will be very much appreciated!

Can you go to the PL/SQL Developer installation directory, into the Preferences\ subdirectory, and send me the user.prefs file by e-mail?
