Having editor use use the case of package names as defined in packages.

Is the a preference or something that will allow the editor to pick and use the case of the package as defined in the package?

Our code standards require that package names be used as they are cased in the package. This makes it annoying to use pl/sql developer because it always seems to make the package names lowercase.
